I put on music maker 2022 and ran the program. I first get an error message that the beatbox vst cannot be loaded and then the program starts to to an automatic download and the program locks up. I keep getting a message, download failed.
For example: Windows version number, processor, graphics card, amount of RAM, sound hardware (microphone (XLR or USB?), headphones (stereo jack or USB?), sound card, audio interface), MIDI hardware, which screens you use (how many), whether all drivers are updated.
If you tell us the computer model number, we can usually look all internal parts up on the internet in case you didn't change any parts.
After that message it gets stuck on the synchronizing music maker store. The specs are
OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Home Version 10.0.22000 Build 22000 System Manufacturer HP System Model HP Pavilion All-in-One 24-k0xxx System Type x64-based PC System SKU 3UR09AA#ABA Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400T CPU @ 2.00GHz, 1992 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
@Michael-Lawson Music Maker has no official Windows 11 support, so it could be caused by your Windows version, but I'm not sure. Other users here can use the program fine on Windows 11.
Maybe it has something to do with your HP Pavilion All-in-One 24? This looks like different, non standard design of a computer which is stored inside a screen? Maybe some parts don't work well with Music Maker.
On your second screenshot you can see a menu in the middle of the screen. This menu should be visible in the Store-tab on the right side after you click on the drop down selection, but not in the middle of the screen. There is definitely something broken.
