For Magix products, ie not Vegas Pro or any of its derivatives, they have their own forum - link is at the bottom of this page, then we need more information:

All products full names and versions.

The specification of your computer system including Windows version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) you are working with if this is a laptop.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
Are you getting any error messages, if so then please quote them in full or provide screen shots.

Check the Windows Reliability monitor to see if there are any logs for the programs recorded, if so post a screen shot of the error message - see this short tutorial on how to use the Reliability monitor.
