Everything went well, I ordered it, downloaded it and have tried three times to install it. It gets to 100%, freezes, a little yellow icon shows up on the left-hand side of the installation progress bar and it freezes. What do I do now?

From your previous post in August 2022 you had Photostory 2023 installed, albeit with a graphics card issue, which, as we heard no more from you after your last comment, would be assumed to have been fixed.
Is the error occurring when you are trying to update the program to the latest patch 22.0.3.150 ?
If not what did you purchase and when or is this still an ongoing issue from the August ?
