    I got it sorted out. I found a coupon code in the email I received after purchasing the Unlimited package. I wrongly thought that only a serial number was required.

    Visit www.magix.com and click the persona icon on the top right to get to the Service Center. Login with the email address you used using the product years ago and you'll find it then in the "My products" section.

    Your subscription has beed paid until 4th of June. After that last period it the autorenewal stopped because BorisFX is now the owner of these products. We cannot sell it anymore. You should have get information via email from the new owner also
