    My experience is also a turn-off regarding buying from MAGIX.  I did support-requests but never got a response or the download-links etc.  They were paid with PayPal but I have never had a problem with such payments.  The initial upgrade to MUSIC

    I bougth the MAGIX software "Reque your video's" in February, paid the order, received an Invoice with status PAID. And since then nothing received. Tried many many times to get into contact with support, Sales, Vegas, but every time I get an answer
