  program won't open- frozen
  The program won't load, it is frozen. an error appears but I cannot click on the notification. I've uninstalled all Magix programs and re installed. I've done everything the ai support tells me to do and nothing helps! Magix Premium 2026 .

  Really? No one else has had this issue? Yes, plugin is in correct VST3 common files folder and plugins were refreshed during the process of starting over, a fresh install, that Sonnox support suggested.

  @paulmusicam Does your Internet browser block the download? When does it vanish? After the download has finished? Then it could be your antivirus or firewall software deleting the installer.

  @stuart-cassie Used the Microsoft installer to remove Visual Studio. What does this mean? You go into Windows Apps and simply select to uninstall the Redistributables (I think it's version 2013). I'm not sure what you're doing here.

  Update: I have found that I have Music Maker 2026 installed and working on my pc. The only bug was that the setup exe was freezing like shown in the first post. So TLDR: Setup seems to work. Setup.exe seem to freeze forever but gets the job done.
