    RE: New patch VPX11 17.0.2.44
Update on bug list I received feedback from Magix about the updated bug list. They are reviewing it and adding to their bug entries anything that was not already there, etc. To paraphrase, a list this size needs a lot of time so that it can be

    RE: Menu Buttons
Thank you so much for this feedback. DVDA looks to be exactly what I need by the demo John provided! All this stuff is extremely reasonable compared to the subscription services I've been using. No qualms whatsoever about the "sales" pitch. If I may

    RE: Choosing project settings
'As you may gather, I'm conflicted between "If it aint broke, dont fix it" and my curiosity!' Curiosity loses, for now at least. Today I'm back to the 25 and 50 fps settings I was using before. Hi Terry, Remember what happened to the cat. Glad

    RE: Choosing project settings
@terrypin Hi Terry. You are fretting over old tech problems. First question is why are there so many frame rates? Basically historical, based on mechanical needs of the equipment of the time. Mostly irrelevant in today's workspace with a few

RE: Exporting Movie To AVI - Advise Please
@browj2 I'm in PAL land and use any frame rate. Lower frame rates for lower light levels in general unless I get too much motion blur per frame, or any another reason I feel a change of frame rate may help for a given task. My TV copes with all

RE: Any problems to expect if upgrading CPU/MB/ and operating system?
@CubeAce Hi Ray Although I'm sure the more cores for playback the better, but noting it probably doesn't affect render times. I presume you mean by that, "2 heads are better than one", so yes 2 GPU's seem to be giving me a benefit for playback and

RE: How to redeem store credits?
@GuyM Choose those below $5 and they should go through as one purchase. Things like transitions and some soundtracks. Do look at the terms and conditions of use though. Most soundtracks are restricted to personal use only. Using them for public

[Closed] Vegsa Studio 16 Sound Tracks
I am looking for very basic soundtracks to add to video. I didn't see any in Vegas Studio. Are there sound stracks somewhere in Vegas Studio or is there a very simple place to find and add sound tracks?

    RE: MEP19Prem Export Audio Question
@johnebaker Hi John. I always specify my D:\ drive for the core program files; everything else is left as default. As suggested above, the folder "Soundtrack Maker Styles" was where I would have expected it to be (as listed above) but it was empty.

@emmrecs Hi Jeff . . . . copying the files/folders from the "... 2018\Soundtrack Maker Styles" to the 2019 folder makes the styles available to MEP 2019 @johnebaker, any ideas why?? . . . When you upgraded from 2018 to 2019 did you specify a new

    RE: MEP19Prem Export Audio Question
@russelldean I honestly have no idea why MEP is requiring WMP for mp3 export! Can you export to other formats, e.g. wav? As a matter of interest, why do you need an mp3 export of the audio? .wav is MEP's "preferred" audio format because it is

Wishlist for future VPX versions (beyond VPX10)
This was previously raised by Magix in this thread. A few of the requests were implemented, significantly J- and L-cuts. I thought that I would refresh this and add to the list, so it's a mixture of (modified) previous requests and some new

RE: How to create distance in audio?
@FelixDunn Hi Felix. It depends on where and how the video is filmed and the output format you are exporting to. Was some of the audio recorded with the video at the point you want to add the effect? Was it recorded inside or outside? If the sound

@CubeAce I am coming to the same conclusion. I can not get it to open in any version of MEP/VPX going back to MEP2013. I get that error code -6 - mind you it is the same version of ME 3.1.0.4 from 2013, that is in all the program folders of MEP/VPX.

@FelixDunn No, which is why you have to search for something similar on the net if one still exists for free. I think mine came with a computer music magazine on a DVD years ago and subsequently lost as I upgraded computers. Other free plug-ins
