  @ALLEN-JACKSON In my experience it can take a minute until the program shows you that the login we successful. But it seems like Magix has some server issues today. So maybe these server issues are causing that.

  @sixfootgeek If you are talking about Sound Forge 12.6 you can download it from the Music Maker in-app-store. Since Music Maker is already listed under your products you already have registered it. Now you only need to login after the program

  @ShekFor MM2024 and earlier versions, you did need to log in. For MM2025, you don't need to do a login, but you must enter a serial number (one time only for a new installation). You have 2 screenshots that show the full Music Maker program window.

  Email contract number (login to Magix, it's under My Contracts) and request to end the subscription to infoservice@magix.net at least a month before contract end. As for Magix, they could have added this info to one's account under My Contracts

  Magix Music Maker 2023 Premium keep freezing

  @robert-g You can change your email address in your account. Go here, log in using your old email address (hopefully you can remember your account password!) go to User Data and update your email address. This will "transfer" all your account
