  @Marvin-Ross Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. SF9 was one of the last versions produced by Sony. So your software is attempting to contact the Sony registration server, which has long been turned off. You need to log into your Magix account

  Email contract number (login to Magix, it's under My Contracts) and request to end the subscription to infoservice@magix.net at least a month before contract end. As for Magix, they could have added this info to one's account under My Contracts

  How do I change my email address?

  @ShekFor MM2024 and earlier versions, you did need to log in. For MM2025, you don't need to do a login, but you must enter a serial number (one time only for a new installation). You have 2 screenshots that show the full Music Maker program window.

  Magix Music Maker 2023 Premium keep freezing
  ust bought this beautiful software yesterday. upon complete installation and launch the apps keep freezing randomly. I can even login or click anywhere on the app interface. Need to close it through task manager. for info my pc: Windows 11 64 bit |
