  I am unable to purchase the new "Platinum Bundle" in the Producer planet store. Before connecting to my account, the Bundle is availible à 10% of regular price but after login, the store said "not availible" why ? Is it about my country ?

  Thank you emmrecs and johnebaker for taking the trouble to answer. To be honest I found I could log on using my laptop, Windows 11, and Firefox but this new PC just didn't want to know. Other Support login sites (such as trying to change password)
