  @Johnny-Smith Hi, Further to what Jeff said, which VST instrument are you using? Try turning on the on-screen keyboard (K) and playing on your Casio just problem notes. Watch to see if the correct note is played on the on-screen keyboard. John

  I have had trouble for weeks with crashing and in the last week have been trying to install a vst (Brushify). The sound drivers do not work well if at all. It got to the point the program would not even load today. Had to redo the ini a few times.

  @Jonah-McIntosh To play custom audio files as an instrument with MIDI you need to use a sampler VST. It looks like you found an answer for your distortion problem here

  @Paul-Savage You technically don't need another software, you can load the WAV manually into your Music Maker project either by drag and drop from the Windows Explorer or by using the internal file browser in Music Maker. This might be acceptable
