@rick-a My guess is that your serial number is registered under your Sony customer account. Try entering the e-mail address and password you used when Sound Forge was still with Sony. They transferred all customer accounts and licenses to Magix

I just purchased MAGIX Movie Studio 2023 Suite. I received the download link and clicked on it. I saved the .exe file to my programs folder. I double clicked on the executable and the download window opened up. After 20 or 30 seconds the download
