  2019 Edition, ERROR An error has occurred during the purchase process
  So i've had music maker since 2019 and was trying to reinstall it but when i go to login into the store after/during activation it gives me this: ERROR An error has occurred during the purchase process.And I have no idea what to do about it at all.

  @Arc Hello, welcome Do you have plenty of hard drive space? Try to right click program icon, select properties and click compatibility mode, run as an Administrator. Try resetting the program to its default settings first - File, Settings, Reset

  @Wobblebottom Your processor is too slow, Music Maker requires a processor with at least 2 Ghz. Clean the store in the program settings to solve login problems. If you cannot log into your user account you cannot use the premium edition features.

  My guess is that you had Music Maker 2021 Premium Edition but have updated to Music Maker 2022 which has not been without problems. I'd suggested uninstalling and then login to your Magix Account and download the MM2021 installer from your products
