@Gordon-Stone Hi . . . . After capturing a new VHS tape, I then go to edit the video ready for export to DVD and find that sections of the first tape I transferred appear in the play window. . . . That would suggest the same project is being used

@marc-zulet Welcome to the Magix forums. The resolution of video captured by any device from a VHS tape can only ever be Standard Definition. Simply because the original (VHS) video does not and cannot contain sufficient data to approach anywhere
