  Hi @fbc.dunn. the iZotope activation codes should be in the same email as the Sound Forge activation serial code. The iZ plug-ins need to be activated though iZotope. It you did not get any email from Magix, check your spam/junk folders. Otherwise,

  @producer2000 In case there are cache problems you could reset the program settings under the File > Settings menu. Other things you could try: - restart your computer via the Restart option and not the Shut down option - check Windows for errors
