Why doesn't sound stop?

I am new to MMM16. For some reason, my selected sounds (say strings, horns, etc) do not always stop sounding after the note ends. Instead, legato like, they pile up on top of each other. Any thoughts? Thanks

(MM15) Are there no piano sounds under Vita?

On the (MM15) are there no piano options (not electric) but acoustic piano options for sound under Vita? Or are there any at all????? I have found guitar, even electric-guitar/strings/horns/ and others..... but not acoustic piano, just electric.
