RE: Random frames of vertical lines...
@doug-o Hi. I guess it's like someone said: buy a new machine every three years... 😑 It depends. I got the 'bones' of my present computer in march of 2019. Doubled the ram capacity in mid 2022 and bought a new graphics card for it end of last year.

RE: Exported video not matching up with finished edit producted
Most consumers out there are drawn to "new". Are drawn to "zillions of features", even though with a minimum spec'ed computer, will have a terrible time using it. That falls on marketing and posting minimum specifications that while the software

RE: Blu-ray burned with MEP-13 does not play on new Blu-ray players
@Ralph_S Hi Ralph Can the PS3 backup the video disc to its internal hard drive and then backup that to a USB memory stick, or possibly copy it direct to a USB memory stick? The manual would suggest this is possible as the disc has no copy protection

RE: Help not working with 32 Bit , Wont open MP4, No support.
I was confused initially (not hard) but just for the avoidance of doubt. 1: On my PC I did an initial install of 64 bit SF selecting all the extras except the Magix tracking app. Help did not work. I did not do a full reinstall. I added the 32 Bit

RE: Any problems to expect if upgrading CPU/MB/ and operating system?
@browj2 Hi John. First I'm surprised there would have been a difference in colour unless your HDMI and DVI outputs had different specifications for video. (Not impossible to happen but may be unlikely) I don't think that would have been at the card

RE: Thoughts from a ONCE loyal customer
    > When you guys first mentioned the VST 32 bit bridge I scratched my head wondering why you'd waste your time.  64 bit home PCs have been commonplace for about 20 years now.  Remember, 64bit XP launched in 2005, the first edition of Acid Pro was

RE: [Closed] What an ongoing nightmare.
My comments were a review of the product. I was not asking for advice or help. If I want advice or help with regards this programme, then I will contact the people that manufacture the product direct. If I experience a problem with my car I don't

RE: Project has Frozen after update using Pro Premium.
@Scenestealer Hi Peter. No I didn't roll back but used the MAGIX trial version which uninstalled the then present version. As the other effects I had bought prior to the new update are still there (and I can find their sub-folders) I'm assuming the

RE: Bitrate vs Quality sliders for encoding video
@johnebaker Hi John. I am fairly new to digital video, less than two years but I've been taking digital stills with higher end cameras since about 2009 and doing voluntary work for charitable trusts and local councils for about five years. Video

RE: Where is your support? Sound Forge Pro 3 crashing.
Yes Magix. My comment is based on 18 years of professional work with SF. If users think Magix is improving SF, I'd like to hear specifics. When Sony issued SF for Mac, they wisely did a ground-up re-write of SF for PC. They admitted there would be

RE: Can I record MIDI tracks with MMM 2014 and a USB Midi Capable Keyboard
John, Thanks again.  I'm going to give it a shot.  It was between Sony Acid 9 and MM2014.  Since, as far as I can tell, Acid ( hasn't been updated since 2009 I'll hope Magix keeps product development and quality moving forward. Happy New

@gofer, How long do you expect a software company to support an old version of a product that worked on an old windows operating system?  Should they rewrite code for Windows 1.x, Windows 2.x, Windows 3.x, Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows NT,
