RE: Getting started in Music Maker 2015 Premium - a few tips
So after tons of playing with this, it appears that you have to go through about 8 steps to find the audio settings, then you can only lister to Music Maker OR any other  program on your pc?? attached is a screenshot. it only gives me two options: enable 1. high definition audio OR 2. ws audio  high def audio is music maker. when that's on, no other audio on my pc is enabled. ws audio is

RE: MEP & VPX6 with Pixelan SpiceMaster Pro - Part 1 - Introduction to animated masks for fades & transitions
Thank you very much for this excellent tutorial.    I have been screen capturing tutorials and saving them, so I can watch them as much as I like.   Everything has been fine until recently when trying to capture this tutorial,  the voice is so much distorted after finishing recording that is very hard for me to understand what is being said.  It is ok when I listen to it while being recorded

Fantastic video sir you are a good teacher. I wrote to support but they were telling to uninstall the program and go to cusyom and choose the path. I have 64 bits version of win so is it applicable to that also. I mean if i have to change the whole path of the instruments the                             Excellent video. Clear instructions. Just brilliant.   All I really needed was to learn how to open the timeline and trim clips.   But I'm sure the rest of the tutorial was just as helpful.   Top dollar!

RE: Fixing program issues after Windows 10 upgrade
Giving this reply an excellent rating. Since updating to Windows 10 I've suffered all kinds of bugs with Photo Story 2014, particularly MPEG activation insisting it be re-done every time I attempt to export, then it failing with no explanation, and Blu-ray writing hanging at the start of the second cut, which I suspect is linked to the codec activation. Ran through the 'fix' procedure last

Terry, Thank you for reviewing this and your comments. Please use the phrase that you propose or one like it. Thanks for the spelling correction. One can re-read something 10 times and not see the error, then someone else passes by and within 2 seconds sees the error. I am planning to make a slight modification before posting to YouTube, if I can remember what I wanted to do. I think it

RE: Movie Edit Pro 2015 - Getting started
Brilliant work, John, well done! That's potentially going to be a great help for many new (and not so new) users. I was successful a few years back in persuading Magix to include my draft 'stickie' in the Forum section. But despite my efforts it was never similarly placed in the Q&A. I've tried again several times, including a week ago, as we're getting an increasing number of questions that

Thanks browi2, I did watch that video before I posed the question, and it is good, and I can get to point Z going through hoops, but I know there must be a simpler way to mouse over a portion of the track and copy it.  I'll read some more.  Thanks  dbutcher432

RE: How to start a film?
Good advice for beginners: to begin, just put some visuals and sounds on the timeline. It would help to make the tutorial a bit less wordy and cut out frames of the desktop; get to the point and stick to it, as my writing coach would say. Thanks for posting. RE: Codec-Activation | for MAGIX Products
Sadly, I feel that the whole process of having to install and activate the MPEG codecs is a waste of money, time and effort as the cost of the codecs is minimal they should be built into the price of the product - as they are in most software that produces video output. There are so many additional problems involved with the installation and activation of the codecs as is obvious from the

Thanks Terrypin, I can see this better, however in my version of Moviemaker, I do not have the plus and minus sign nor the text that says 'Design button' , I see you have a Premium version mine is just 2015, no bells or whistles but what is frustrating is that the description for my version on the Magix website SAYS you can do what you are demonstrating but the functionality does not seem to be
