Making of Chopped and screwed Music By MMM 16 Premium
I was trying to use MMM 16 Premium in making of Chopped and screwed Music that was started by DJ Screw in the early 1990s. I can say MMM 16 Premium showed me new ways and I am able to make some as test project. The audio I am sharing is based on two parts, in second part I also have reversed the vocals notice the difference. Here is a detail: Style Hiphop Tracks 1  Bass reversed 2. Drum

    How Important is Microphone Placement?
Music Maker provides a unique convergence between studio hardware and a home pc... what that means is that many people are now able to record on a more professional level but are not aware of some of the tips and tricks to get the best sound. One of those tips is mic placement. You might hear some of these "Audio Geniuses" praising mic placement like it's the holy grail of recording... they do

    Get That Professional Sound!
Magix makes song writing easy and with professional samples your song can sound great without much need for mixing... that is until you want to add vocals to your track. A trick that pros (and just about every recorded band) use is called vocal overdubbing. Now this takes a lot of practice and patience. If you don't do it right your vocal will sound like a chorus effect and out of sync. To

Making mp3 Albums Using Cleaning Lab 2005
    Using Magix Cleaning Lab to Enhance Your MP3 Experience  Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 2005 is a great tool for cleaning up those recorded files that need a bit of cleaning. But here’s a little trick that I use to make what I call “MP3 Albums”.  I became frustrated while listening to my MP3 player because the level of the music varies,sometimes quite damatically,from label to label. For instance ;

RE: Part 1 - Fades & Transitions in Movie Edit Pro
@scottedwardlogan Hi, Thank you very much for the nice compliments. I often wonder if my tutorials have helped users. I have to give a shout-out to John E. Baker for keeping me on the right track. His wisdom, invaluable assistance and reviews prior to publishing tutorials are most appreciated. I started with Pinnacle Studio many years and switched to Magix video editors (I started with Magix

RE: PhotoStory - Transitions - Creating, Adjusting and Applying to All
Hi there. I've just watched your excellent video but it doesn't address my 'problem'. I'm about to throw my laptop out the window because I just CANNOT work out how to change the transition length in a run of photos. These photos are interspersed with video clips (where I only want a 1 second transition between each clip) but I want to put a 2'30" transition length between the photos.  At the

RE: Creating a Fancy Title Intro using Magix Movie Edit Pro
@Vitaly Hi, There are 2 different ways of using masks in MEP. The first way, and what you are referring to is done by masking an effect on a single video or photo. See the tutorial indicated below, particularly from 8:30 onwards. You either create or load a mask using the dropdown arrow of an effect, Create effect mask or Load effects mask. This puts the effect onto the track below the video and

RE: Drawing in Movie Edit Pro using a Single Point
As per our email discussion, took me a while to grasp that Render really does mean Render! Can't yet fully understand why that's crucial (with weird results if you instead PLAY first) but this method will be a great addition to my track-drawing tools. Big thanks to you and, of course, to Sergio.

RE: How to add more tracks/change layout in Music Maker
you can simply right click the mouse, too, while hovering over the display and it will give you several options, one of which is to add another track. check out some of my music postings if you want to see some of the stuff that can be done with music maker. i use it exclusively.

RE: MEP & VPX6 with Pixelan SpiceMaster Pro - Part 1 - Introduction to animated masks for fades & transitions
Hi José, Well done! Now look at the beginning of the video again and you will see that the first method is to simply overlap the two videos on track 1, no need to put the second video on track 2. Your second and third examples would be better this way. This makes a transition and you can adjust the length of the transition that you want. Then drag the Spicemaster effect onto the transition

Your video was most helpful! My only issue was trying to add a title. I kept getting error message that titles have to be on track3? How do you add titles to multicam video?

Thanks browi2, I did watch that video before I posed the question, and it is good, and I can get to point Z going through hoops, but I know there must be a simpler way to mouse over a portion of the track and copy it.  I'll read some more.  Thanks  dbutcher432

RE: MEP Split screen effect using Section, Size/Position
Hi Matt, This method uses section and zoom under Size/Position. I could not find a way to use Camera/Zoom and maintain the split screen properly. Camera/zoom is a movement effect that moves the frame, creating the impression of camera movement or zoom. It overrides the split screen part. Remember that the top image, that is the one sitting on top (track 2)  is the one that shows up first.

RE: Addings audio files (.mp3, .wav, or CD audio) in Music Maker MX
Thank you so much John,    This has helped me tremendously as I coloborate with outside composers sometimes and have been having some challenges with it. I have one more question, I am doing the final master of the album and want the volume level to be consistent. The coloborators track is a completed and is in a wave format, and I want it to be a little louder. The other tracks are at 64

RE: How to use Multicam in Movie Edit Pro
That is where after the edits have been made (choosing which camera) you can set one of the original tracks to be the master audio track (I recommend the track that starts the multi-cam track itself). This will replace the audio in edited track with the original - thus no breaks.

RE: How to use Multicam in Movie Edit Pro
Thanks for the concise tutorial on multicam editing. In your future tutorials, can you show how to further edit the multicam track, i.e. how to add different transitions to the cuts, change the locations of the cuts and also remove a cut that is mistakenly selected, without starting from scratch. Thanks.

RE: How to solve latency problem
I also have had a speed problem after recording track 1 in DAT modus. Trying to record track 2, the playback from track 1 was faster. Making some tests, I’ve found out that if I record the 2nd track in CD-modus the playback speed of track1 went back to normal. Recording in CD-modus is a bit noisier but hardly recognizable by adding more tracks to the arrangement.

RE: 3D Video Editing in MEP17plusHD
Hi Kreplatch, Just found your question as I have been unable to log on for a while. You can see two folders, left and right, as I use a twin synchronised camera system, so I end up with files from the left and right cameras. If you have a 3d camera, such as the Fuji W3 or Sony Bloggie etc, the 3d video file from them will be in a single folder and will show as a single audio and stereo

nihon94 - Justin (NoTurning) doesn't seem to post here anymore, so I will comment.   What he is talking about here is basic mixing.  It applies to any arrangement, but more so to vocal and instrument tracks that have been recorded live.   The goal is to create a wide and dimensional stereo soundstage.  If you do not do this, most of the vocals and instruments will be "stacked

Sorry for not replying earlier Ang, been having connection problems intermittently for a couple of weeks!   It seems a little odd having to click on anaglyph first before joining the tracks. I haven't found that, but will play around and try to recreate your problem. I have found that sometimes when you click on the takes to select them for 3d joining, then click the 3d button, they
