SFP 18 b21: Waves plug-ins have started crashing SFP

I have a request in to Waves about this, also a query on the BorisFX forum, but I thought I'd check here as well to see if anyone has any ideas on this issue. I've been using SFP 18 b21 since Oct 2025. I use Waves v16 plug-ins with the program.

Installation failed

Downloaded fine and crashed half way through stage 2. When I restarted the installation it would not let me continue as said earlier version needed removing, which I agreed to but this failed. What do I do now please?

I was able to get past the crashing by deleting the database. Since this was a new istall, I did not have much to lose. However, after a day, I got more of the same. My solution has been to ask for a refund. Adios.
