  @spuddy13 Hi Brian How long a narration are you wanting to do? My method, for when I do add a voice-over (rare) is to complete the video editing so I have the final result for the video part. If I want a 'free wheeling' narration, I watch the video

  It is very difficult to renew my subscription. They tried to take the money automatically, but my debit card wasn't full. Now, it's ready, but I can't figure out how to pay it via their website.

  @AAM Thanks for the Windows version. Error code 5 Access violation is a Window issue, he most likely cause is a Windows Update. To check your system, close all running programs then:- Hold down the Windows Key and press XSelect - Terminal (Admin)

  @janet-keppel Are you needing a specific feature that is available in MP3 Deluxe? As a short term workaround you could use the free program MusicBee from here: https://getmusicbee.com/ It should work similar to MP3 Deluxe.

  @spuddy13 Hi Brian, I think that yours should be the best question of the year! Ever wonder what all of those audio type people are doing in films? Watch the credits for voice-over artists, recording engineer/soundman, cleaning/sound improvement

  I'm trying to edit some video sourced from my Canon Legria HF R66 movie camera. I had nor problem editing MP4 files from this camera with previous version of Magix. I think it has worked with the current version, but not sure. The symptom is sound

  @bdesha Hi . . . . Was it sufficient to have uninstalled Nvidia or do I need to reset it at 581.8 . . . . Uninstalling the App would not affect the driver that is already installed, try downloading 581.80 and install that. John EB

  This is why it's so confusing. I see that Magix attempted a withdraw to my debit card. Nothing at all about Boris. In my searches I saw the name Boris, but had no idea what it was. I guess I need to purse that. Thanks for the info.

  @rickduley Hi . . . . CoPilot is scornful of just about every DVD-DL . . . . With good reason, the most reliable brand I used were Datawrite (Ricoh). The Verbatim AZO discs use a Mitsubishi dye, which was known to be more reliable. John EB
