  @Thej68cal Hi, As you were told, the MP3 standard only supports mono and stereo. This is not a problem with SFAS. You are not getting anything more by using Movie Edit Pro and exporting to MP3. John CB

  You might try the 'reset/clear cache' procedure, which has resolved MP3 issues before... I am not sure about SF-7 though. Magix versions of SF has the 'Reset' tool in the 'File' menu, but Sonic Foundry and Sony versions do not. It can be done though

  The files are MP3. BUT, the missing audio occurs only in Audio Studio, even with MP3's recorded prior to having this problem. The 'proxy' setting is for lossy files playback. I have not read any reports of that particular issue though.

  So after fighting with SF Audio Studio 17 for over two hours to export as a MP3, I learned a few things that will help you. 1st is that Audio Studio is the most worthless program ever. The developers clearly put a lot of work into the program and
