  I have exited OneDrive and the problem still remain. OneDrive was running before this problem occurred. I didn't see any evidence on Movie Studio using OneDrive for temporary folders.

  @Jesse-Boyland2330 - you should see your licenses in your MAGIX-Account under "Products" and therein see the activations made so far. Also you can deactivate activations to get a free "slot" for your new installation. But be careful, you can delete
