RE: [Solved] Music Maker Premium 2020
@Wobblebottom That message is nothing to do with any older version of Music Maker, I'm sure you will be pleased to know! It is a message telling you that Music Maker has opened and will use the Magix Low Latency Audio Driver which is needed to

RE: [Solved] Sound Starts to Crackle/Distort
@daisy-jones The symptoms you describe suggest strongly that the audio buffer of whichever output you are using is becoming "overloaded" and simply cannot handle the data throughput needed. Can you tell us which audio driver you are using? If it is

    RE: [Solved] PLAY CLICKED NOTES
@Shaun-H Hi Assuming you are doing this in the MIDI Editor, check in the program settings that your audio device is set to use an ASIO Magix Low Latency or install ASIO4All and set it to this. HTH John EB

    RE: Music Maker update 31.0.4.50
I have had trouble for weeks with crashing and in the last week have been trying to install a vst (Brushify). The sound drivers do not work well if at all. It got to the point the program would not even load today. Had to redo the ini a few times.

    RE: Issues with ASIO drivers
I have Music Maker Premium version 31.0.1.13. It is installed on a Windows 10 64 bit laptop with an Intel 7 8560u cpu and on an older Windows 10 64 bit desktop with an Intel i7 3770 cpu. I have tried the Magix low latency 2016 ASIO driver

Audio crash on certain sounds and/or soundpools
I am using Magix MM 2023 Premium on Windows 11 (on HP ENVY), and am currently having constant audio crashes on what seems like over a third of my soundpools and/or certain sounds. This started in the last couple weeks, and has gotten worse. I have

Sound Directed to External Speakers rather than Headphones
When I try to use any VST with the ASIO Driver (Magix Low Latency 2016), sound is re-directed from Headphones to External Speakers. See attached screenshots for sound configuration settings.

Has anyone else had this issue? Yes @Brandon-Burrows, this was a rather common issue with the perpetual version of Sound Forge Audio Studio. I assume Sound Forge AS 365 would be the same, The screeching or white noise sound is caused by the Magix

RE: Music Maker only plays for 1s 53 hundreds
@Tor-Suneson Check if the yellow play area bar at the top of your project isn't collapsed into a single point, which is a bug and can happen from time to time. You then need to change the view layout with the magnifying glass icon in the bottom

RE: Sound Directed to External Speakers rather than Headphones
@dmstar1956 Yes, that's normal with ASIO4ALL. It only works in exclusive mode. You need another ASIO driver, if you want to non-exclusive audio playback. For example you could use the FL Studio ASIO driver that comes with the free demo version of FL

RE: BeatBox Pro - Unable to listen to samples separately
@dmstar1956 If you chose Magix Low Latency you need to click on the "Advanced..." button to enable your inputs and outputs. Usually all other three driver options are only recommended if your system doesn't work with ASIO.

@Reyfox Hi. Yes I got Total FX with VPX 14 but although it downloaded Titler Pro 7 it stayed with the Titler Pro 6 within VPX. MEP 2022 doesn't use it either but just checked Vegas Pro 18 and it is installed in that. What? No idea why that happened

Free Update to 31.0.0.6 with new ASIO driver and updated MIDI Editor!
It looks like the new Music Maker 2023 is out. The update is free if you don't care for the new features like Beatbox 2 and the modernEQ plugin. It looks like Magix dropped its old Magix Low Latency ASIO driver and replaced it by a new Music Maker
