Having experience of Proshow Producer I thought I would be able to fathom out how to do pan and zoom effects although it would not be the same easy route as Proshow. It was easy to do transitions in Photostory Deluxe 2016 but I am still confused on how to do pan and zoom effects. I find this software to be a confusing morass... I can't figure out a work flow, can't seem to add a simple blank slide to scroll some text on. It's a smorgasbord of "features" but hardly usable to a casual user.

Using MM19 here, there's no way to edit an object from the soundloop... no menu, no button, only properties...? Also, the Pitches button with down arrow at the top right on the arranger screen is always greyed out... I just purchased Magix 2019 Plus Edition and it does not have Elastic Audio included and all the videos I saw of it shows it included so since I planned on upgrading and this was supposed to be on this version I bought it. Can someone please give some info on this matter?

Hi Anna, As mentioned in the post directly above yours, 6th June 2017, it's better to post in the main MEP forum. 🙂 However ... you fade in titles the same way as any other object, by dragging the fade handle at its start and/or end. These are very informative and I appreciate the work put into them. My only complaints would be perhaps a bit more preparation would help as there are often mistakes made, or confusion by the narrator requiring backtracking. There is also too much time spent on explaining things that don't require it which makes it tedious to watch. Finally, better quality microphones would help with the sound

I presume that after downloading, you executed the file and input the serial number that you were given by email with  the purchase? Support is where it has always been when you are on the Magix.com site. Look at the top menu.

Really crappy program. After a couple of videos it stops working and gives me that black video. tried all the 'solutions' found online. waste of money, hope I can return this crappy software. even the 'update', which they offered a day after installing, screwed it up until i found a solution to that problem. one program=multiple problems +wasted time+frustration.

I have recorded life from my Spiritual Guru who gave lectures sang devotional songs from 1971. All these recordings were recorded on Ampex & Studer Open Reel Recorders. All these recordings were transferred into mp3 format and stored in several Hard-disk. I need a software to do some clean-up, remove tape hiss, remove gaps between sessions, noises and normalize levels. I need the best advice .
