I couldn't agree more....... just bought MEP 2020.... cannot render a file in Mp4 to save my life. Tried EVERYTHING! The cost of the codec was minimal - less than $5.00, why, why ,why is it not included in the product and made sure it works before sale.

@Greg-Kavonius The title of the tutorial is "Getting Started in Music Maker 2015 Premium..." Of course it's outdated - 2015 should be a tipoff, no? I find this software to be a confusing morass... I can't figure out a work flow, can't seem to add a simple blank slide to scroll some text on. It's a smorgasbord of "features" but hardly usable to a casual user.

These are very informative and I appreciate the work put into them. My only complaints would be perhaps a bit more preparation would help as there are often mistakes made, or confusion by the narrator requiring backtracking. There is also too much time spent on explaining things that don't require it which makes it tedious to watch. Finally, better quality microphones would help with the sound

Try as I may I can't set up Magix email on my Android mobile phone, none of the above settings work yet my other email programme's, Outlook and Gmail virtually set up themselves in a matter of a few minutes. Really crappy program. After a couple of videos it stops working and gives me that black video. tried all the 'solutions' found online. waste of money, hope I can return this crappy software. even the 'update', which they offered a day after installing, screwed it up until i found a solution to that problem. one program=multiple problems +wasted time+frustration.

Thank you, John.    Seeing how easily it should work, shows me that something is wrong with my copy of magix.   My current install brings up an ID3 error.  Not so simple anymore.
