  @pete-thomas Hi Peter, I know Magix was busy with their servers. You might need to log in again. Try the following: Go to Help / Deactivate Program. Start MMM and reactivate it. HTH,Rob

  @Bol Hi Rob. Yes but you also have an inboard Intel UHD 630 which also helps whether selected or not unless you have it disabled. Are you using the EVO SSD as your project drive? Ray.

  @Peter-Post So, your loops and live tracks are also stored in a similar directory? Does it help if you run Acid as Administrator? To do this, right click on the Desktop icon or program icon and select the option in the right click menu.

  @Campbell-McMahan Ok. Have you tried restarting the computer? Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option, otherwise it might not help. If you cannot select the ASIO driver after restarting, there could be a more severe problem.

  @Steven-Wood Does Music Studio simply close itself? Then check the Windows Reliability Monitor for errors. It will record a crash description for every crash. There might be some helpful information in there, for example in which DLL the crash

  Thank you for confirming that I'm not crazy. What a dumb and weird bug. Also thanks for the "(Ctrl+Shift> Left/Right keys)" suggestion. That works much better that using Right Click>Selection. I really appreciate your help!

  @JustRaccoon Have you tried to uninstall it? You open Windows Apps and Features and uninstall Magix Content and Soundpools. There you can select the instrument that's not working. After it has been uninstalled start Music Maker again and redownload
