recording 24 bit 48000 audio in Sound Forge 13.0 build 100

I have just upgraded my sound Forge from 12.6 to 13.0 build 100. I also upgraded my windows 10 drivers for my audio sound card -as well. My soundcard is a HT Omega Fenix with SPDF in and out . Sound Forge Version 12.6 records 24 and 32 bit 48k audio
