  @APOSTOLOS-ANNIS Try the Help menu. It could be under Hilfe > Sprache > Englisch (Help > Language > English) thanks for your reply - unfortunately (as you can see) there's nothing like that under 'Hilfe'. I'm desperate.

  @beth-hall It could be that your video needs a computing intensive decoding process. Are you using an USB audio interface with ASIO drivers? Or is everything running on your computer? It might help to increase the buffer size in the driver settings.
