@tranceful @Jesse-Torres The "Elastic Audio" component was superseded by the more streamlined "Vocal Tune" years ago. You'd still find this in the same manner as "Elastic Audio", e.g. by right-clicking on an audio object to bring up the context menu, and going to the "Pitch & Tempo" sub menu => "Vocal Tune" option. Thank you for the tutorial! However, I am not able to replicate that. I even contacted tech support and they were unable to replicate it either and have forwarded it to the developers. Clearly you are able to, but on export, mine reverts to 16:9. I have attached my process and the email from tech.

These are very informative and I appreciate the work put into them. My only complaints would be perhaps a bit more preparation would help as there are often mistakes made, or confusion by the narrator requiring backtracking. There is also too much time spent on explaining things that don't require it which makes it tedious to watch. Finally, better quality microphones would help with the sound

I presume that after downloading, you executed the file and input the serial number that you were given by email with  the purchase? Support is where it has always been when you are on the Magix.com site. Look at the top menu.
