@daisy-jones Removing and installing MusicMaker will not help with add-ons. I presume that after downloading, you executed the file and input the serial number that you were given by email with  the purchase? Support is where it has always been when you are on the Magix.com site. Look at the top menu.

Question... I noticed in yur tutorial, in your file,settings, programY.... under Video/Audio. these two things are unchecked 1-GPU acceleration 2-Auto interlace   and under System, this is unchecked 1 automatic preview   should I do the same?

The reason for your problem seems to be that you are editing a standard title or possibly a file (hard to tell with the low res screenshot that magix allows).
