Registration failed

My copy of Sound Forge 17 stopped working. I tried to input the serial number but it doesn't work. Order number is: ----- Can you help me with my problem? I love the software and I want to use it.

@AJenn I don't use Opus and have no idea if it helps if you buy something. Happens with Opus OR if I use Magix Choirs and childrens chior or magix's solo artist collection VST's. This answer doesn't make much sense to me. Can you please clearly

Return, thank you all who helped me before. @SP. @johnebaker @CRH Magix has not crashed in a little over a week. I reset my pc 3 times. Got 48Gb more of ram to a total of 112(will get final 32ram soon). And I got a bigger and stronger SSD to hold
